This web-page provided free to promote the traditional cultures of the Celtic Nations:
Scotland, Nn.Ireland, Eire, Wales, Cornwall/Devon (England), Brittany (France), Galicia/Asturia (Spain) and how such is carried within the New Zealand folk music scene.

This outline was the aim and it succeeded for a while but we had to make three moves from the venues we used and the last just killed the enthusiasm at the time.
We never bothered to restart but might assist others if interest is there..

Bring along any acoustic instruments used in Celtic music-
there's no amplification or electronic enhancement needed.
Fiddles, Whistles, Harps, Small-pipes, Bodhrans, Button Accordians or squeeze boxes,
Flutes, Mandolins, Guitars, Ukuleles (these originated in Portugal long before Hawaii), Bones, Spoons

Bring your voice and join in if you wish - song sheets provided
Bring your friends
Come to participate or just to listen.

This is the place to gain experience playing or singing in a public place, solo or with others.
In the true style of a session you do not have to be a professional musician by far.
This is jamming and having a good fun time with Celtic music.
